We are indeed seeing a real rebound in demand for laser welding applications in all sectors of activity

With our recognized expertise in this specific application, we continue to innovate and offer dedicated processes for assembling parts by micro-welding.

In the range of our machines, we integrate fiber laser sources but also use a galvanometric head which will reduce the machining time.

The laser beam is deflected by pilot mirrors and focused directly on the part to produce a spot or bead weld.

The advantages? Speed of execution, good repeatability, precision and stability.

But also?  Control of metallurgical aspects, ability to design tooling, control of neutral gas flows in the tooling which will then protect the welded area from oxidation effects
