For any problem or a breakdown, our technical support will diagnose the potential failure: our machines are equipped with a remote coverage which allows our technicians to intervene immediately with you. Most failures can be adjusted by remote maintenance or by telephone. In other cases, our technicians will intervene in your plant.
LASER CHEVAL publishes and develops its own LENS 4 driving software. It helps to improve capacity and performance and safety of the whole machines installed in our customers.
