A laser marking machine for NEWCLIP TECHNICS

DEVICE MED magazine publishes an article about the design of a specific marking machine for our customer NEWCLIP Technics based in Nantes, a manufacturer of implantable devices.

Delicate laser marking on small diameter screws, which is carried out on a curved surface: precision, reliability and repeatability of the LEM SAPHIR equipment, which integrates an automatic loading system with a palletiser that can hold 128 different batches of parts, a Datamatrix reading system and two vision systems.
